My experience at this shop was absolutely superb. I recently had driven from Georgia to California and needed to get my rotors resurfaced after warping. I called multiple Japanese auto shops whom all gave me a 2 week+ wait time before even looking at the car. The minute I called Made in America/Japan, they were so kind and helpful and Sarah promised to get my car sorted out right away. After bringing the car in (2013 Lexus GS350) they sent me a link with pictures and explanations of everything they found wrong with the car (ball joints worn out), explained why it happens and after giving them the go ahead, they got to work right away. After receiving my car back, I was more than happy with the work they did and was a bit stunned at how much of a difference it made while driving. The thing I like most about this shop, is their transparency and helpfulness. I definitely would recommend this shop to any other Lexus owners out there.
