I brought my car in for a diagnostic which the lady upfront said no price. They call me 4 days later insisting it’s going to be $1200 labor to start even though they didn’t touch a single part and I would pay atleast $4500 for once again not touching a single part. Obviously I was concerned with this and when I confronted the front receptionist I got nothing but attitude. I feel used and abused as they charged me $160 for doing nothing but plugging my car in and seeing what code it gets. This place is a scam, I wish the people in the back knew how she was so it can be addressed . Not only will I never go here , but I strongly recommend nobody as well. They highball you first and treat you on your reactions. Extremely disappointed in this shop all because of the front specialist.

Good work (changed spark plugs & inspected brakes). Decent price ($350 all in). Will use them again.
