Check Engine Light was on and I had a complete check done on my car before having any work performed on my older, high mileage car. I was completely satisfied with the diagnostic information and had them do the necessary work. I felt that I (and my car) were in good hands and they knew what they were doing! All the necessary work was done in very timely fashion!

I've been going to this auto-shop for over 20 years for all my import cars. These fellas are top notch and take pride in their craft. For folks that are looking for an Autoshop outside of the dealer that will work in keeping your car tip top, and never "up-selling" you on things they "think" you need, dare I say one of the most honest shops out there!

This was the first visit to Made in American Made in Japan on Fulton Ave. I dropped the 2004 Mazda 6S off at the convenient drop box service. I called the shop at 1pm and they already had performed the vehicle inspection and diagnosed the broken shifter cable problem. Gary quoted me a price and estimated repair time and was very up front on with me on what the repair entailed. After the repairs were made, the cost was within the estimate and my 2004 Mazda was back on the road. I totally feel comfortable recommending Made in American Made in Japan as a quality and fairly priced service center for repairs. Very happy with my experience.

Steam Clean Engine and add dye to detect leaks. Stephan was forthcoming with explanations and expectations of results. It feels like I have a partnership with MIA/MIJ to keep my vehicles in top shape and address maintenance issues before they become problems.

Brought my husband's truck in thought we needed a new motor turns out it was something completely different. The service was exceptional. My overall experience a plus. Technicians were extremely helpful. Will be returning for sure.
