I rate vendors according to my feeling of trust when the job is done. My job ran into problems that left me completely at the mercy of Made in Japan - Made in America. They performed far above expectations. When the job turned into a job not found in any book, they had the experience and knowledge to find a solution on their own. This willingness not to give up comes from the top. The owner Gary has created an atmosphere of caring about the customer and it could be seen in everyone you deal with on every detail. Even when I showed a lack of patience, they had the professionalism to handle me too. A great place to take your vehicle.
