Brought my car in a second time for brake work because the problem had not been handled the previous week. This time the diagnosis was accurate and the problem was resolved. My impression was much improved. Had a chance to spend a bit of time with the actual mechanic who worked on the car, and was impressed.

Last visit we repaired the rear brakes. Thank you for bringing it back to us for the front brakes this time. Glad that we were able to help!

This was my second time taking my Acura MDX to the Made in America /Made in Japan repair center. I will continue to drive the 45 + miles for my vehicle service as they provide excellent customer service and are very knowledgable. Could not be happier with their service.

My 2003 Xterra broke down on the way home to the bay area from Tahoe in Roseville over the Labor Day weekend around 9 pm. We limped into a hotel and I simply did a google search and found that they were within the 5 mile radius Geico allowed for towing. Neal Lewis was very friendly, humorous and responsive. He got us back on the road within a day and I cannt say enough good things about the level of service and the quality of the work. They were great

Neal at Made in Japan Roseville worked diligently to find a hard-to-pinpoint fuel leak in my Honda Odyssey. Got us back on the road quickly, provided regular updates during entire process. Also replaced Subaru radiator hassle free/same day. Great service, will keep coming back and recommending shop over any dealership. Very competitive pricing and professional staff.

Needed to have my an oil change,tire rotation and my washer fluid container looked at, it was leaking. They estimated about $80 to replace the container. All that was needed was to reattach the hose. They didn't charge for it or the labor. The car was ready ahead of schedule. Thanks Guys!

I had an engine misfire issue with my Expedition so I came to Made in America for their diagnosis. I told them I didn't have a lot of money and intended on selling my car anyway. They inspected, found the coil and plug that was bad and fixed my car for much less then I expected and budgeted. When you take your car in you expect a list of things that "need to be fixed"... Neil and Brian were honest and provided options for me based on my situation. Go to Made in America -- they provide great service AND listen to their customers!!
