It's not just lip service. They're professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest mechanics who know their "stuff"..I can't imagine or would I ever consider going anywhere else. My 1st time in the shop--the folks were great in identifying an obscure problem: bolts missing from the control arm! I thought it was the brakes but they found the problem, recognized that I shouldn't be driving it in that condition, and facilitated getting me a rental care. I'll be back!

These people were the epitome of professionalism, and, considering the mess my Pathfinder was in, speed. I have no complaints at all about these guys.

The service provided here at Made in America/Made in Japan is by far the best I have encountered. They provide honest repair and estimates on top of their quality customer service. I continue to bring both my vehicles here, and if I ever get a 3rd, I will bring it here also! These guys are professionals and what mechanics everywhere should be!

Came in with an emergency situation. Problem was evaluated relatively quickly and a plan was proposed and implemented. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered to my satisfaction.

I am impressed with their attention to detail and quality. I have been there a couple of times for minor issues but feel comfortable in recommending them and turning to them for help if bigger issues come along.

They take complete care of my car and I am always appreciative being that I know nothing about cars. Case in point: this oil change (they always do a complete inspection of everything!!) they found a screw in my tire. They confirmed with America's Tire that I would be taken care of at no charge and everything turned out fine. THAT is service!!
