I had an appointment and they were done in about five to 15 minutes as I sat and waited. They got me in and out in amazing time!

This is the second time we have turned to a NAPA approved service center and again, we were very happy with the decision. The car was completely checked out, the work was done in a very timely fashion (replacement of a water pump) and the service manager went out of his way to deal with the extended warranty company. The car was ready as promised and the cost was exactly on target. These were good folks to deal with and they did a great job getting our car back on the road.

Best and most honest service. Try them, you will be happy you did. More than once they have told me I did NOT have to do a repair and that it could wait. Honesty! I highly recommend them. Howe Avenue Store is great. MIke Garozzo

Sadly I have written my best review on yelp, which I hear doesn't even get published. The service manager at this place "Kevin" is a rare find. He really should teach classes on how to provide premium customer service. I'm getting ready to have an air fuel sensor put in so I'll be in touch......After 3 tries, my brakes work great and there is no more grinding!! I highly recommend that you give this shop a a good ole college try!

Made in Japan/Made in America has always done a great job in ensuring that my vehicle is up to date on maintenance. Even when I cannot do everything needed, they are patient and understanding. Their customer service is courteous and favorable.
