Steffan and the crew at MIJ/MIA are money in the Bank when it comes to car knowledge and repair. I can't say it enough about the honesty and customer service Steffan showed to me during my last visit. These guys are very knowledgeable and this place is very reasonably priced. Took care of my Lexus with no hiccups and no BS. I think as far as car repair goes , it's really hard to find a honest family-owned mechanic. I am very glad I used this shop and they have a customer for life. Thanks MIJ !!

They were very courtageous and very nice when I first brought the car. They took time to go over details of the issues. So I thought I just found the right place where we cpuls take our car for future problems. Well.. The car was fixed, so I thought. The original issues seem fixed as there is no more warning light getting turned on. But it caused 2 new problems that didn't exist previously. New bizarre annoying low pitched noise and air vent is not working (only through the front window). When my husband brought the car back, it was obvious they had zero intention to address the issue or at least to take a look. They claim that where they went in is not even near the air vent. Maybe not, but is it just odd co incidence it suddenly developed new 2 problems when the car was brought back home only after it was there for 2 weeks???

Thank you for the feedback. We take all of our reviews to heart. I'm sorry that you had this experience at out shop. I'm happy that we were able to correct your original issue. I do understand your frustration with the new issues. Sometimes cars have a mind of their own. I've been working here over 22 years and have witnessed several occations where unrelated issues come up without apparent reason. I agree, it's kind of wierd when this happens on rare occations. I wish your new problem was easy to check out, unfortunately, the issue is inside the dash and not easily accessible. If it will help you out, I'll take another look at it for you and help determine what the options are.
