Chris at the front desk was very cordial and attentive. He explained what needed to be done and my car was up and running in less time than expected while I waited in the nice clean office lobby. Japan motors was referred by an auto parts store and I am glad of that or I would have overlooked them because I have a Chevy. Who knew they fixed American made cars too! They are now my go to guys.

These guys are professional, personable and courteous. They know their stuff and they're willing and able to communicate with customers to determine exactly what you need and the best way to get it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Stephan really knows his stuff when it comes to cars. I went in for a warning light that turned out to be just out of sync and he fixed it for free. While there, however, he smelled gas and asked if he could take a look. When he did he found a problem that happens at the factory level and, if left untreated, would have blown my engine! After cleaning it up he realized he didn't have to replace anything, fixed the problem and only charged me for the labor. He really could have soaked me for new parts and everything but he didn't. It's a bit of a drive for me but I won't take my car anywhere else! Thanks Stephan!

Honesty is one of the key reasons to have your vehicle repairs and maintenance at Made in Japan Made in America auto repair shop on Fulton Avenue. I have my cars maintained here with complete faith in Keven, Gary, Gilbert, Ian and Taz. Gilbert recently discovered parts I was going to have replaced had already been replaced. Gelbert honestly to the sales desk manager, Kevin the parts looked new. Kevin called me, honestly telling me the parts look new. These guys saved me about $800 by telling me the truth and not replacing the parts. They could have finished the replacement of the parts or even just left the parts they found were new in the car and charged me, But, That is Not How They Work. They are Honest. You can trust them. This is just 1 example. I have had other experiences with these guys and they prove their honesty again and again You can't find a repair shop as honest or more honest than these guys. Trust them, and take your auto to Kevin, Gilbert and lead mechanic Gilbert for honesty and quality workmanship. Thank you guys again for your integrity and good workmanship.
